KARI TELUR..best punya


 BAHAN-BAHAN MURAH:
  •  4 biji telur
  • 2 biji bawang besar
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 biji cili muda
  • 2 sudu besar serbuk kari
  • ½ biji kelapa parut
  • ¼ cawan minyak masak
  • 2 sudu besar kicap tomato
  • Garam secukupnya
  • 1 sudu teh air limau nipis
 cara-CARA MUDAH:

Telur direbus keras & kupas. Bawang besar & bawang putih dicincang halus. Cili muda dibelah 2. Serbuk kari dibancuh bersama sedikit air. Kelapa ambil 2 cawan santan. Panaskan minyak & tumiskan bawang-bawang tumbuk tadi sehingga kuning. Masukkan rempah, cili, tomato, kicap, biar garing. Masak menggunakan api sederhana. Masukkan santan, telur & garam. Biarkan sehingga menggelegak. Kecilkan api & masaklah sehingga pekat, (5 minit). Sebelum menghidang, telur dibelah 2 & aturkan di dalam pinggan. Perah air limau nipis ke dalam sos & curahkan sos di atas telur. Hias dengan daun pudina.

C0Rn Fr!ED RIcE/NASI GORENG JAGUNG

Bahan-bahan ( 5-6 orang )

  • 1 tin jagung whole kernel (yg biji²) - ditoskan airnye
  • 4 cawan beras basmathi
  • 4 cawan air (campuran air biasa + air jagung)
  • ½ cawan susu cair
  • ½ cawan gajus/badam yg telah dikisar
  • 2 biji bawang besar*
  • 3 ulas bawang putih*
  • sedikit halia*
  • 2 sudu besar mentega
  • 2 sudu besar minyak
  • 2 helai daun pandan disimpul
  • sedikit garam
  • kisar bahan yg bertanda *

Cara-cara

  1. basuh beras hingga bersih. dan rendam dlm lebih kurang 20-30 minit.
  2. panaskan mentega dan minyak dlm periuk. kemudian tumiskan bawang putih, bawang besar dan halia yg telah dikisar. tumis hingga wangi dan garing.
  3. masukkan campuran air dan daun pandan serta garam. didihkan.
  4. stelah mendidih, masukkan susu, gajus/badam yg dikisar dan beras. kacau rata dan didihkan lagi.
  5. stelah nasi hampir kering, masukkan jagung. balik² kan nasi dan tutup periuk. kecilkan api nye dan masakla hingga tanak.
  6. ***kalo tak suke jagung, leh digantikan dgn sayur campur. hidanglah nasi dgn bawang goreng, kismis atau badam/gajus yg telah digoreng dulu.

Thai Chicken & Vegetable Curry




Recipe Ingredients
 2 teaspoons canola oil

1 medium red bell pepper , cut into 1- to 2-inch-long julienne strips

1 medium onion , halved and sliced

1 clove garlic , minced

1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

1-2 teaspoons red curry paste , to taste (see Ingredient note)

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts , cut into 1-inch cubes

1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

1 cup "lite" coconut milk

1 tablespoon fish sauce or reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon light brown sugar

1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets

2 cups baby spinach

1 tablespoon lime juice

Lime wedges



Recipe Directions
  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook, stirring often, until beginning to soften, about 4 minutes. Add garlic, ginger and curry paste; stir to mix. Add chicken and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in broth, coconut milk, fish sauce (or soy sauce) and brown sugar; bring to a simmer. Add cauliflower, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the cauliflower is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in spinach and lime juice; cook just until spinach has wilted. Serve immediately, with lime wedges. Vegetarian variation: Substitute 1 pound extra-firm tofu (drained) for the chicken and vegetable broth for chicken broth. Per serving: 240 calories; 14 g fat (4 g sat, 1 g mono); 0 mg cholesterol; 16 g carbohydrate; 16 g protein; 4 g fiber; 376 mg sodium. Nutrition bonus: 88 mg vitamin c (150% dv), 30% dv vitamin a, 3 mg iron (20% dv), 16% dv fiber, 161 mg calcium (15% dv).
Cover and refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Ingredient Note: A blend of chile peppers, garlic, lemongrass and galanga (a rhizome with a flavor similar to ginger), commercial Asian curry paste is a convenient way to add heat and complexity to a recipe. Look for it in small jars or cans in the Asian section of the store. Brands differ in spiciness so use sparingly. Once opened, it will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

€PIZZA HURRY(for 4 people serve)


THE CHEAP INGREDIENTS:
The dough
1.3 tablespoon cooking oil
2.250g flour
3.25g of yeast
4.150ml cold water
5.some salt
The topping:
1.150g slices salamy(chicken or meat)
2.50g slices tomatoes
3.50g slices of onions
4.5 slices of cheese(the slice cheese product like chedder cheese, you also can use mayonise)
5.tomatoe sauce or chilli sauce

THE EASY INSTRUCTION:
For the dough
1.put the flour in a bowl
2.put the salt into it
3.put the cold water
4.pour the oil on them
5.put the yeast
6.mix them using your hand or with a big spoon to make it a dough
7.take the dough and shape it by your own creativity on a tray
8.put them into an oven with 180
degree celcius for 5 minutes
9.after that, take it out form the oven to top it with your own style topping
For the topping
1.spread the sauce on top of the 'dough' as much as you want
2.put the salamy on it(decorate them by your own style)
3.put the tomatoes(decorate them by your own style)
4.put the onions
(decorate them by your own style)
5.put the cheese(cut the cheese to 6 pieces,
decorate them by your own style)
6.put it into the oven again with the same temperature for 15minutes or less
